Job Type: Contract/Contract to hire


Pay Range: $60/hr. - $70/hr.

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Identity and Access Management (IAM) Systems Engineer to join our dynamic IT group. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between engineering and development by configuring and optimizing our IAM solution to deliver streamlined, automated processes. You'll be the go-to expert for daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving our systems' performance, ensuring a secure, efficient, and smooth user experience.

In This Role, You Will:

* Administer and optimize the Omada platform by troubleshooting connection issues, resolving provisioning challenges, and maintaining roles and access groups.
* Monitor the health, compliance, and overall performance of the IAM solution.
* Develop custom scripts and SQL queries to automate and streamline workflows.
* Work with APIs, PowerShell, and Python to enhance system performance and integration.
* Collaborate across teams to address support issues, resolve tickets, and contribute to the IAM Roadmap.
* Proactively participate in agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, retrospectives, and story grooming sessions.
* Create clear technical documentation and solutions in ServiceNow to ensure knowledge sharing across teams.

What We're Looking For:
* 5+ years of experience in Identity Lifecycle Management with a focus on IAM/IAG applications.
* Hands-on expertise in writing SQL queries, working with APIs, and troubleshooting complex integration issues.
* Strong scripting experience with PowerShell or Python to automate processes.
* Ability to monitor system health and lead continuous improvements in IAM technologies.
* A team player who can collaborate effectively in an agile environment.
* Bonus: Experience with Omada IAG and certifications like ITIL v3/v4 would be a great plus!

Preferred Skills:

* Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related fields.
* Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and industry compliance standards like PCI and SOX.
