Job Title: People Success Coordinator (HR Coordinator)
Reports to: People Success Lead
Location: Goleta, CA (Hybrid)
The Role
The People Success Coordinator provides technical, transactional, communication, and systems support to Deckers employees and managers on various PX subjects and inquiries pertaining to policy and program administration and day-to-day employee facing processes. This position acts as the front-line point of contact for employee and manager inquiries on topics which include but are not limited to policies and processes, the employee lifecycle, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Compliance, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and HRIS functions.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
Communication
Responds to questions regarding standard (PX) practices, policies, programs, procedures, and tools.
Educates employees and managers of services and programs available to them and encourages use of direct access tools as applicable.
Understands and utilizes business systems including ticketing system, Workday, SharePoint, Office 365 to answer questions, complete requests, and ultimately resolve employee and PX needs.
Manages the inquiry queue and assigns and escalates tickets as appropriate.
Responds to employment verification and document requests - internal and external.
Manages logistics for PX team meetings including meeting invites and technology set-up.
Shared Service Administration
Processes full-cycle employee transactions in PX technology system (Workday) and/or via Manager or employee self-service.
Provides general support, clarification, assistance on HRIS processes and troubleshooting; escalates within PS or to HRIS as needed.
Creates/edits written communications and reports
Responsible for the centralization and maintenance of employee records (both physical and digital).
Reviews and responds to employment verifications and unemployment claims with appropriate documentation.
Purchase Order and invoice processing.
Process administration and program support for various Deckers programs such as Tuition Reimbursement and Corporate Responsibility programs.

High degree of integrity with the ability to handle confidential and sometimes highly sensitive matters in the appropriate manner.

We'd love to hear from people with
1-2 years' experience in an administrative support role.
Experience in Human Resources preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Applications.

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location (or specific non-CA remote location) . Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
