Roles and Responsibilities:
- Document all WIAM governance/certification processes from pre-review to post-review activities.
- Create, execute, and provide metrics on Quality Assurance to ensure WIAM review framework integrity.
- Utilize expertise in IGA/PAM tools: Oracle Identity Manager, CyberArk, and PIG (Privileged Identity Governance).
- Perform BAU activities related to CCT workload.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SharePoint, SQL, and CyberArk.
- Knowledge of fine grain and coarse grain access permissions/authorizations, including entitlements management.
- Understanding of authorization models and concepts (ACLs, DACLs, RBAC, ABAC, Policy/Claims).
- Experience with identity, credential, and access management concepts, particularly Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).
- Ability to manage large data sets in Excel, including data models, macros, pivot tables, reporting, and dashboarding.
- Experience with SQL queries and MS Access database management.
- Administering SharePoint.
- Experience with ServiceNow (Incident, Change Management, Request).
- Handling audit requests and creating procedures, SOPs, and job aids.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills with team members, leadership, and customers.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Independent work capability, detail-oriented, and team collaboration
