As a Specialty Software Engineer in this contingent resource role, you will:
Consult on Complex Initiatives: Provide expertise on large-scale planning and impactful projects within Specialty Software Engineering.
Analyze and Review: Tackle complex, multi-faceted challenges that require thorough evaluation of various factors, including unprecedented and intangible elements.
Problem Resolution: Contribute to solving intricate situations by leveraging a deep understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with client personnel to ensure successful project outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years in Specialty Software Engineering or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.
Technical Skills:
4-6 years in Software Development Lifecycle
4-6 years in Software Development Methodologies
4-6 years in Workday HCM
5+ years in HR Technology (e.g., Peoplesoft, Oracle, SAP, or Workday)
2+ years in Workday Studio and Integration Studio
1+ year in Workday Extend and Workday Orchestrate
