Role Title: Project Coordinator/ Software Asset Management Specialist
Location: Hybrid in Denver, CO
Duration: Contract to Hire
We are seeking a dedicated Software Asset Management Specialist to join our client's team. In this role, you will collaborate with internal technical and business teams, sourcing departments, vendors, software publishers, and other stakeholders to manage and deliver software tools to the client's user community. Your primary focus will be on the financial processing of software purchases and renewals, ensuring timely and cost-efficient transactions.
Essential Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end renewal process for assigned software titles.
Collaborate with resellers, vendors, sourcing teams, and internal product owners to obtain and review quotes for purchases and renewals.
Ensure quotes are complete and accurate.
Process quotes using Microsoft SharePoint.
Maintain and update software records in the ServiceNow software contracts database.
Monitor procurement requests and purchase order generation to ensure timely completion.
Ensure accurate financial treatment of all requests.
Address questions and requests from the user community.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or a related field.
Five years of relevant experience.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency with industry-standard financial management applications; SAP experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong relationship management and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of cross-organizational work to drive innovation and business results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
Experience with IT procurements, contracts, and related processes.
