Nature of Work
This person will provide
overall management for a project or assist senior management on projects to achieve overall corporate objectives and maximize
operating results.
Essential Responsibilities
Conduct pre-construction reviews including estimate and contract documents review. Ensures BMS requirements are not overlooked, and if necessary, submit RFIs to clients that accurately represents project costs. Process any subsequent change orders.
Creates project flow charts and overall project schedules to meet expected targets on the project.
Coordinate with Programming department to review schedules and programming requirements to allocate adequate resources for projects.
Manage subcontractor performance by confirming subcontractor has all current project documents, providing additional information (i.e., RFI, schedule changes) as needed, and regularly checking in on progress to ensure expectations of contract documents and costs are met.
Manage field staff to ensure labor, material, and programming requirements are met to provide quality service to client.
Manage vendors to ensure timely receipt of parts/equipment and find alternative solutions when they are required items are delayed, as well as manage associated costs.
Manage project lead to ensure dailies and safety reports are being completed, submitted to general contractors and safety concerns are communicated to staff to ensure safe working environment.
Research specs for questions submitted from the field to guarantee installation requirements are met.
Responsible for ensuring projects are completed per contact documents and schedule.
Work with leadership and operations team to develop purchasing strategies by reviewing equipment and parts costs to ensure greatest ROI is achieved while maintaining quality and compliance.
Manage project budgets and profitability through Vista, by tracking costs of labor and/or equipment to ensure contract costs are not exceeded. Determine source of any possible overages and problem solve to meet contract requirements.
Provide Operations Administrator with completion updates and billing amounts of each project at the beginning of each month and prior to each billing cycle in order for Administrator to accurately bill clients on work completed throughout the project.
Regularly update the job list in Egnyte to communicate status of all projects.
Assist Operations Manager in ensuring a safe field work environment, as well as complying with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Organize, participate in, and lead various project meetings
Maintain current knowledge of company software and systems as required to meet responsibilities.
Maintain constructive relationships and communications with clients, vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, community officials and company staff.
Must have a valid drivers' license with the ability to drive and operate a vehicle as required.

Education
A minimum of a bachelor's
degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent experience
Experience
Five or more years of related work experience is required.

such as military, on the job training programs, etc. may meet this requirement
as determined by local management.
