Position: Full-Time Respiratory Therapist Monday - Friday, Day Shift

Job Responsibilities:
Assess and treat patients
Develop and implement respiratory care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
Monitor patient response to therapy and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and families about respiratory conditions and treatment
Operate and maintain respiratory equipment
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications:
Valid Respiratory Therapist license in California
Strong knowledge of respiratory care techniques and equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with a passion for patient care
