Financial Analysis Intern - Summer 2025 at Park Place Technologies

Job Description:

What you’ll be doing:



  • Prepare and reconcile daily, weekly and monthly financial reporting packages and presentations for senior and executive level business leaders across various functions

  • Create insights into Park Place’s business, markets, competitors, and customers through fact-based financial analysis to guide and influence leadership in strategic decision-making

  • Enhance and further develop key business and financial performance metrics and communicate new ideas/opinions on reporting

  • Learn to consolidate and analyze business segment financials including revenues and costs

  • Learn complex excel and modeling concept for business analysis

  • Work on assigned projects that may include working cross-regionally or cross-functionally to support other business units and Finance teams, as business needs arise

  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly board of director deliverables

  • Ad hoc analysis as business needs dictate

  • Interest in pursuing a career in Finance

  • Demonstrated outstanding academic achievement and an aptitude for continuous learning

  • A record of team, project and/or people leadership in a work setting or extracurricular activities

  • The ability to work autonomously and thrive in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

  • Willingness to take initiative to understand the business

  • An aptitude for problem solving; strong writing and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in excel and modeling is a plus

  • Prior internship experience also a plus


Education: 



  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or Computer Science
