Job Summary



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Development Specialist to support the administration and implementation of our talent development programs. Reporting to the Talent Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing talent development programs that enhance employee skills and support career growth. You will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs, create learning initiatives, and deliver effective training solutions across the business. Your goal will be to ensure that our employees are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to excel in their roles and grow within the organization.



Job Responsibilities




  • Develop and deliver engaging learning and development programs, including workshops, e-learning modules, and coaching sessions.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to assess training needs and identify skill gaps.
  • Design and implement career development plans and pathways for employees at all levels.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Support the onboarding process by creating and delivering orientation programs for new hires.
  • Facilitate leadership development programs to cultivate high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
  • Partner with the HR team to ensure alignment between talent development initiatives and overall business strategy.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure the impact of development programs and suggest improvements.

Job Requirements




  • 3+ years of experience in program administration, talent development, or a related role, with a strong track record of managing logistical details and supporting program delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
  • Experience designing and implementing a variety of learning and development programs.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and create reports on training effectiveness.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and other HR software.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets, generate reports, and present data visually.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent corporate communication skills, with the ability to draft and distribute clear and professional messages.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries and requests efficiently and professionally.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of program management.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information and supporting high-level strategic initiatives.
  • Some travel to sites will be on an as needed basis
