Travel: Average 25%, up to 50%
Salary: Starting at $140k + 10% bonus
What You'll Do: As a BMS Controls Specialist, you'll be a key player in our team, supporting the construction, operation, and maintenance of our data center monitoring and controls systems. You'll develop a deep understanding of mechanical and electrical sequences of operations and BMS programming across our portfolio. Your role will involve driving consistency in BMS programming, partnering with vendors, and working closely with our critical operations and IT teams to deliver top-notch projects.
You'll also be responsible for troubleshooting and emergency response for BMS/Controls-related events. Plus, you'll collaborate with our Development Team and general contractors to ensure smooth project turnover and coordinate training for end users.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years in Construction, Controls, and Monitoring
Tridium Niagara 4 Certification
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database software
Mechanical PE Certification (preferred)
Multiple vendor certifications for Monitoring and Controls (preferred)
Willingness to work outside normal business hours, including weekends, late nights, holidays, and on-call support
Ability to thrive in a high-stress, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
