As the AR/Collections Supervisor you will be responsible for the following:
Leading the Accounts Receivable team and processes including credit, cash, and collections
Overseeing the AR aging report and providing updates to senior leadership
Help develop and track KPIs
Assists in month-end close duties
Performance management, including hiring, training and employee relations
