Daily/Weekly - A/P Invoice entry - Routing for approval, data entry, reviewing prior to posting for completeness.
Weekly/ Monthly - Job Costs Material, Equipment, and Fuel to jobs based on input from Operations.
Monthly - Bank Reconciliations.
Ad-Hoc reporting as needed.
Qualifications
4 Year Degree in Accounting preferred or working towards degree.
1-2+ years of general accounting experience.
Job Cost, General Ledger, A/P, and Payroll experience.
Construction/Real Estate experience, Certified Payroll experience a plus
Prior experience with large scale ERP - Vista, Oracle, JD Edwards, Dynamics a plus too.
Concise communicator, will interface with all levels of the organization from Field Employees to Senior Management
Ability to sit/stand at computer for prolonged period.
