We are seeking candidates to work on a project at our client site in San Antonio. In office hybrid schedule 2-3 times a week. The project will run for at least 6 months and could be extended.
Understand invoice reconciliation process to help with overall vendor management space.
Provides support to management through data consolidation, data analysis, and management reporting.
Document current invoice reconciliation process for IT goods from acquisition to disposal
Utilizes software to generate metrics and develops actionable recommendations.
Document the current tracking and reporting processes for invoicing our IT goods with the current cost's controls and financial checks for governance
Collaborate (and document) with IT, Sourcing, and Finance teams on their current roles and responsibilities within this space.
Based on findings, propose a solution that solves for end-to-end invoice reconciliation workflow
Provides support to research teams or management by collecting and analyzing data and reporting results.
Collaborates with various teams to achieve business results.
Ensures vendor compliance with existing ITG policies.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred requirements
A Bachelor's degree and or a minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a financial analyst
Strong understanding of invoice reconciliation workflow tracking and reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven experience in understanding and designing invoice reconciliation workflow processes
