Location: San Antonio, Texas





Job Description:

We are seeking candidates to work on a project at our client site in San Antonio. In office hybrid schedule 2-3 times a week. The project will run for at least 6 months and could be extended.


  • Understand invoice reconciliation process to help with overall vendor management space.

  • Provides support to management through data consolidation, data analysis, and management reporting.

  • Document current invoice reconciliation process for IT goods from acquisition to disposal

  • Utilizes software to generate metrics and develops actionable recommendations.

  • Document the current tracking and reporting processes for invoicing our IT goods with the current cost's controls and financial checks for governance

  • Collaborate (and document) with IT, Sourcing, and Finance teams on their current roles and responsibilities within this space.

  • Based on findings, propose a solution that solves for end-to-end invoice reconciliation workflow

  • Provides support to research teams or management by collecting and analyzing data and reporting results.

  • Collaborates with various teams to achieve business results.

  • Ensures vendor compliance with existing ITG policies.

  • May perform other duties as assigned.



Preferred requirements


  • A Bachelor's degree and or a minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a financial analyst

  • Strong understanding of invoice reconciliation workflow tracking and reporting

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proven experience in understanding and designing invoice reconciliation workflow processes
