Job Description:

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Responsibilities



  • Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, talent management and employee exits

  • Administer payroll system reporting and processing of payroll semi-monthly

  • Act as a liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations

  • Develops, implements, and monitors compliance with employee training and education, safety, and performance evaluation programs

  • Researches, reviews, maintains, and renews company benefit packages

  • Align HR programs and objectives with headquarter in Korea and provide necessary HR data and information

  • Manage the office work environment, office assets and supplies, company event


Requirements




  • Bilingual in English and Korean required

  • 1-2 years of progressive HR experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to develop, implement, and manage strategic plans

  • Detail oriented, able to maintain confidentiality

  • Job Type: Full-time
