Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC (BBCH) is seeking an experienced and technically proficient Superintendent to join our CCI Prime Contractors team, a subsidiary of (BBCH). In this key role, you'll be maintaining current records of quality control operations, activities, and tests performed, including the work of subcontractors and suppliers.. This role is located at Cannon AFB in Albuquerque, NM
Scope of Work:
The work includes the construction of a pre-engineered metal building with reinforced concrete foundation and floor slab, steel structure, metal sandwich panel walls and standing seam metal roof, environmental control (heating, air conditioning and ventilation), fire detection and protection, mass notification system, etc. Functional areas include: open administration offices, closed administration offices, foyer, conference room, men and women's restrooms, break room, and storage rooms. Supporting facilities include utilities, pavements, site improvements, communications, and all necessary support.
Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Complete ownership of the schedule and subcontractor management
Progress reviews with the owner
Billing percentage reviews with the owner
Coordinating with the Site Safety and Quality Control managers
Site access for subcontractors
Building and maintaining the project schedule RFIs
Inspections
Hazard identification
Daily reports
Review plans and specifications
Compliance
Qualifications:
OSHA 30
Minimum 10 years of construction experience in with at least 5 of those years as a Superintendent on projects of similar in size and complexity
Familiar with the requirements of USACE EM 385-1-1
Proficient with Word, Excel, and PDF
Experience with Procore
Familiar with P6 or Microsoft Projects scheduling tools

Physical Requirements:
This position requires the ability to maneuver around work sites, see, hear, and verbally communicate with co-workers and clients. Essential and marginal functions may require maintaining the physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, sitting, walking, climbing, or standing for prolonged periods of time; frequent opportunity to move about and to work outside the office environment for extended periods involving exposure to the elements with weather that will include extreme heat, cold, wind, rain or other inclement weather, walking over rough and uneven surfaces, and routine lifting of up to 35 pounds. If required, must properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times including but not limited to; hard hats, steel-toed boots, eye protection, respiratory protection, and hearing protection. Working Conditions:
Job is performed in a combination of office and outdoor site locations. The office setting includes exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse. Outdoor settings include walking, driving, and carrying supplies throughout all seasons with exposure to heat and cold conditions, and potentially wildlife. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
