Purpose Statement

Perform functions necessary to facilitate the smooth operation of production lines also to include some janitorial and sanitation duties. Repetitive motion with hands/fingers required.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

• Inspecting finished product for correct code, correct insert, correct bowl, container cleanliness and integrity


• Correctly loading inserts on to filler


• Correctly loading bowls on to filler


• Maintaining a neat and orderly work area


• Maintaining safe work environment


• Insuring that all raw materials are handled in a sanitary manner


• Assisting line operators and relief operators as needed.


• Understanding and adheringto allGMP and Food Safety guidelines


• Hand stacking finished product when necessary


• Performing all other work assigned by production supervisors

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal


• Must have the ability to train other Associates


• Has an awareness of and the ability to follow Associate Safety guidelines


• Has an awareness of and the ability to follow GMP and Food Safety guidelines


• Must have the ability to work in and contribute to Production Improvement, Associate Involvement and Temporary Teams, as assigned
