RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Tucson, AZ that is seeking a Software Developer IV.

Responsibilities:

• The Software Developer will be responsible for the design, architecture, and development of Pega-based applications


• Lead projects and provide technical guidance to junior developers


• Lead the design and development of Pega solutions


• Design and develop high-quality, performant, and maintainable Pega applications


• Implement best practices in Pega architecture, design, and coding


• Work closely with business analysts and other team members to understand the business requirements and translate them into Pega solutions


• Lead the technical team through project completion, providing mentorship and guidance to junior developers


• The Software Developer will perform code reviews and ensure compliance with application quality, coding, UI and Corporate standards


• Ensure system capacity, performance, and failure recovery processes are in place


• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issue

REQUIREMENTS:

• Pega Certifications required


• Lead System Architect (LSA) certification is required


• Experience with Pega version 8.x


• Proven experience in Pega systems scaling and integration


• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns


• Deep understanding of Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) tools


• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies


• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX


• Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services


• Knowledge in database design and SQL

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
