Location: Asheville, NC

Salary: $55,000.00 USD Annually - $65,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
The Judge Group is seeking a Account Manager with experience advising clients on technical mechanical products. The right candidate will come out of Boat Trailer, Truck trailers, Agriculture machinery or similar industries for a sales manufacturing and servicing company in the Ashville, NC area. Relocation provided for great candidates.



COMPENSATION: $55,000k to $65,000k plus bonus


LOCATION: Onsite


RELOCATION: Provided for the right candidate



MUST HAVE: 5+ years working in the boat or Boat Trailer, Truck trailers, Agriculture machinery or similar industries, Marine dealer Sales and Service industry



RESPONSIBILITIES


- Verify all orders and process them through the system (Order placement, boat specifications to ensure trailer compatibility)

- Communicate predicted delivery times

- Handle all order modifications and cancellations

- Resolve product or service problems

- Assist customers with warranty issues

- Build relationships with customers

- Keep records of customer interactions

- Prepare invoices



EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:


- 5+ years working in the boat or Boat Trailer, Truck trailers, Agriculture machinery or similar industries, Marine dealer Sales and Service industry

- Exceptional communication abilities, including written and verbal communication

- Basic computer skills including data entry, website navigation and MS Office programs

- Experience with Quickbooks

- High School diploma or equivalent

- Valid Driver's License
