Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: placing orders, weekly inventory tracking, communicating inventory levels to Costco teams
• Sales Tracking: sales tracking by store of multiple pallet programs
• Customer Service Tickets: assisting with Costco customer service issues (CAT Escalations) helping respond and resolve within 24-48 hours, follow up with internal teams
• Project Tracking- helping to capture notes and follow up action items on both internal and external calls

Qualifications

• Interns are required to work 20 hours per week (flexible M-F schedule) year-round. 3.0 GPA and above.
• Students entering their junior year through graduate school are eligible.
• Students local to Atlanta pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field as we are looking for you to solve real world problems.
• Knowledge of analytic tools such as Power BI or Excel is preferred.

• Microsoft Suite Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools will help you excel in tasks and collaborate effectively with the team.

• Driven and Eager to Learn: We seek interns who are motivated, curious, and ready to embrace new challenges as they grow and develop in their roles.
