Job Description:

Job Details                 

• Responsible for all documents on outgoing shipments.


• Check outbound paperwork for accuracy according to customer order.


• Make appointments for Shipping Supervisor on next day’s deliveries.


• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, and Email).


• Ability to acquire and Maintain forklift certification.


• Ability to lift 30lbs repetitively.


• Interacts with customers via email or phone to provide base support.


• Updates and maintains files with all customer activity and discussions.


• Follow Safety regulations.


• Assist with Monthly and Semi-Monthly Inventory raw material counts.


• Back up to Customer Service.


• Any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Knowledge and Skills

• Good verbal and written communications, good attention to detail and the ability to effectively balance multiple task and deadlines.


• Good teamworking skills.


• Good Computer Skills with the ability and desire to learn new software.


• Good knowledge of basic office equipment (copiers, fax, calculators, printers)


• Good organization and data entry skills.
