The Office of the Chief Operating Officer (OCOO) for HPE is offering a summer internship opportunity for the summer of 2025. The OCOO is responsible for driving operational and execution excellence throughout our organization.

The internship program provides you real tangible work experience, set in a cohort environment. Interns will receive personalized training & development opportunities to gain core skills for launching and accelerating a professional career.

Key Responsibilities:

The Global Workplace (GW) Operations team provides strategic planning and ongoing financial support to the Global Workplace organization. The GW Operations team supports the Global Workplace organization in the following area:


  • Financial KPIs

  • CAPEX planning and budget management

  • OPEX planning and budget management

We are looking for passionate energetic individuals who are working to complete a Bachelor's level (or higher) degree. People who can bring a fresh perspective and implement new ideas within our organization.

Education and Experience Required:


  • Currently enrolled in accounting/finance bachelor's degree program (or higher) and completed two years

  • Excellent capabilities in leadership, influencing, communication, and collaboration

  • Strong project management, business acumen and critical analytical skills

  • Geographic/cultural knowledge and/or experience

  • Self-starter with ability to achieve results in a virtual and complex work environment

  • Ability to develop and promote positive change through innovation and creativity

  • Proactive contributor who wants to make an impact

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S. -based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Hourly: $22.25 - $26.75
