Pasek Security Company, a DH Pace Company, Inc. is hiring Commercial Access Control Install and Service Technicians in South Boston, MA. We are considering applicants with experience or as Trainees! In this position, you will be responsible for the installation and/or service of Commercial Electronic Security Systems such as Access Control Systems, CCTV/Video Monitoring, Intrusion Alarm Systems, ID Badge Systems, Intercoms/Emergency Phones, and Parking Control/Turnstiles from start to finish.

Job Responsibilities:



  • Install and maintain systems including Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, Emergency Phone, and Parking Revenue Systems and more.

  • Collaborate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful installations.

  • Provide customer training and handle on-site assessments for service needs.

  • Promote business opportunities for service contracts and maintain product knowledge.

  • Keep a clean, safe work environment and manage job documentation efficiently.

  • Maintain inventory on truck and have knowledge and understanding of all parts, part numbers and part descriptions.

  • Other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements: 



  • Minimum of 3 years in Systems Integration preferred, with knowledge of security systems and low voltage concepts.

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

  • Valid Driver’s License and good driving record required

  • Strong troubleshooting skills 

  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.


Physical Requirements:



  • Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds.

  • Comfort working in various environments and at heights.


Availability:



  • Must be available for regular shifts, including overtime, weekends, and travel as needed.
