Position Summary

Work with the Director of Corporate Security to develop policies and procedures and manage the ongoing operation of the security infrastructure. Configure and maintain security technology. Ensure appropriate cost-effective protection of Constellation Brands’ employees and assets. Conduct investigations and collaborate with HR, EHS, and Legal to resolve sensitive situations.  The position will require visits to CBI sites (Primarily in CA) to review security systems, builds, training, and investigations.

Responsibilities


  • Develop, implement and refine security standards, procedures, and systems

    • Including access systems, camera systems, monitoring and metering systems, and internet based monitoring systems



  • Assist with executive protection

  • Initiate and manage investigations

  • Conduct internal security education and training

  • Establish and manage regular system security inspections and audits to monitor conformance to procedures and standards

  • Work closely with other functional leaders and contractors regarding security issues

  • Supervise and oversee contractors

  • Perform security and risk assessments of all facilities, including security equipment condition and provide summary of needed improvements to senior management

  • Serve Work collaborative with relevant internal and CBI business partners such as Human Resource, Legal, Crisis Management, Compliance, Operations, and EHS. needs

Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree in criminal justice, law enforcement, security, business or related field.

  • 4-6 years of security related work experience

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • High ethical standards with proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information

  • Strong subject matter credibility – Must have knowledge and ability to take a practical/business-relevant approach to security and compliance, resulting in a practical yet compliant security program

Preferred Qualifications


  • CPP, CFI, CFA, PSP or any security industry recognized certification

  • Problem solving skills and attention to detail

  • Strong understanding of security equipment and software as it relates to security access, cameras, access, and alarm systems

Physical Requirements/Work Environment


  • Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods.

  • Have a valid driver's license and be able to drive to CBI sites.

The salary range for this role is:


$95,900.00 - $146,900.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
