Monitor completion of payroll data entry and ensure timely completion of the weekly payroll process
Generate daily/weekly exception reports and communicate to appropriate field personnel for review/resolution
Complete Automated Time & Attendance (i.e. current time keeping system) administrative tasks such as setting up new Locations, Teams, Holiday Schedules, etc.
Process Shared Services Support Tickets & provide ad hoc support to the field for ATA/ADP issues
Process Requests for Access (RFA) for ATA, ADP Ticketing, & ADP Timekeeping
Respond to requests from Legal, HR and other business units regarding employee Payroll History
Working with IT, review and approve test results for development changes in ATA
Support internal and external audits and process improvement efforts
Supervise others including assigning and overseeing workload & special tasks, setting objectives, and conducting performance reviews
Job Qualifications:
Strong problem evaluation and resolutions skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Strong listening, written, oral and presentation skills
Detail oriented, resourceful and able to manage shifting priorities
Ability to work some Sundays / Holidays
Company experience - Preferred
Experience with Automated Time & Attendance (ATA) - Preferred
Require Education:
Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) in Engineering, Finance, Mathematics or related fields - Preferred
