Role
Responsible for daily administration tasks of enterprise class systems. Works closely with Business Analysts to perform upgrades and technical assistance throughout SDLC. Follows guidance from senior level administrators to troubleshoot and resolve help desk requests on day-to-day issues within enterprise systems. Implements and maintains the Windows Desktop infrastructure as well as selected applications including Microsoft Office products. Responsible for configuring, and maintaining desktop hardware and software. Recommends the redesign and configuration of operating systems and system applications. Investigates and analyzes feasibility of system requirements and develops system specifications.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Analyze and resolve hardware, software and printer problems using diagnostic software and/or technical troubleshooting processes. Assists Business Analysts with technical needs and implements upgrades as requested. Responsible for performing timely and effective user support services related to LAN Services responsibilities.
• Support and maintain software and hardware on Windows systems. Monitor IT help desk ticketing system and ensure tickets are resolved within reasonable time frame.
• Responsible for documenting and maintaining product deployment, upgrades, and Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity procedures.
• Perform level one and two troubleshooting of workstations and other peripherals. Utilize management tools to deploy, monitor and debug desktop applications throughout the enterprise.
• Follow internal change management methodology by adhering to documentation and production change control processes when implementing product enhancements and maintenance to ensure a stable production environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Must comply with current applicable laws, regulations and bank policies and procedures. Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.

Knowledge & Skills
Experience
Knowledge and experience of enterprise class software and hardware. Working knowledge of network, and DR/BC best practices. Experience with deployments and configuration of Windows operating systems. Existing knowledge and enterprise management of Apple products is preferred.

Education
A college degree and current industry standard certifications.

Skills
A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required to be an effective subject matter expert in the position. In-depth dialogues, conversations and explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature is a normal part of the day-to-day experience. Communications can involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance.

Physical Requirement
Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management.

Regular in-office attendance required.

Must be able to perform job functions independently or with limited supervision and work effectively either on own or as part of a team. Must be able to read and carry out various written instructions and follow oral instructions. Must be able to speak clearly and deliver information in a logical and understandable sequence. Must be capable of dealing calmly and professionally with numerous different personalities from diverse cultures at various levels within and outside of the organization and demonstrate highest levels of customer service and discretion when dealing with the public. Must be able to perform responsibilities with composure under the stress of deadlines / requirements for extreme accuracy and quality and/or fast pace. Must be able to effectively handle multiple, simultaneous, and changing priorities. Must be capable of exercising highest level of discretion on both internal and external confidential matters. Must be able to complete complex mathematical calculations and spell accurately
