Job Description
Essential Functions:

 Perform quality checks/tests on products to ensure quality standards are met at various stages of the process.
 Participate in internal audit programs (ie, ISO/TS and A2LA) to help maintain company certifications.
 Test products to generate certification of conformance.
 Record scrap information, collect data, collect customer specifications, and handle internal reporting.
 Compile and maintain records for use in historical data collection processes.
 Use gauges and other devices to verify adherence to standards of product being tested.
 Assist in the implementation of a total quality management system and help train others.
 Assist Quality Engineers, as needed.
 Ensure safety standards are adhered to at all times.
 Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Abilities:

 Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and procedures on work instructions.
 Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
 Must be able to work in a team environment.
 Possess basic math skills.
 Must be willing to work overtime and other shifts as necessary.
 Knowledge of Google and Microsoft Office applications and other in-
house programs.

Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Experience: 3-5 years related experience preferred.

Working Conditions: Must be able to lift and/or maneuver 50+ pounds. Stand and/or sit for up
to 8+ hours.
