As an Analyst, Content Strategy and Planning, you will support the team in increasing customer acquisition and retention, generate engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns, and foster recognition of loyalty benefits. Reporting to the Manager, Content Strategy and Planning, you will focus on supporting the coordinated marketing efforts of Hilton's end-to-end Editorial content ecosystem across owned, partner, earned and paid channels. You will be responsible for finding opportunities that, together, make up cohesive, customer-centric go to market efforts supporting Hilton's key strategic priorities and audiences, with an emphasis on how Content, Media and Partnerships' supports Commercial Priorities.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:


  • Support Content Strategy & Planning across Regional Marketing campaigns, including responsibilities of:

    • Coordinate with Marketing Stakeholders, across Regional Marketing' workstreams (including Americas, Las Vegas, Luxury, CALA and All Inclusive), to develop Hilton's "Stay" messaging by balancing commercial priorities with marketing priorities, and best hotel examples.
    • Partner with channel owners and content production teams (including Content Marketing, Property-led shoots and Influencer Strategy), across Seasons & Reasons and Americas bespoke campaigns, to leverage existing content that can feed owned and paid channel strategies.
    • Own and update Seasons & Reasons Airtable to allow for ongoing, leadership visibility and communication around how commercial and marketing priorities are supported throughout the year.
    • Coordinate with owned channel owners to develop continuously content pulses around travel holidays (e.g., 4th of July) and general seasonal travel mindsets (part of Seasons & Reasons); with an emphasis on sharing existing content across articles and series.
    • Support Content & Strategy Senior Manager across Seasons & Reasons workstream to ensure delivery of channel and customer-first content across owned and Performance Marketing each quarter.
    • Assist Email Strategist with coordination and submission of monthly email vehicles to ensure messaging is tied to marketing and audiences' priorities.
  • Continue Support across partnership activations and strategies, including McLaren activations.

    • Coordinate feedback and communication between CS&P and creative agencies
    • Support on-ground content capture and activations.
  • Provide unique perspective on new research and how that impact Content Strategy & Planning teams, and support with new trials, like AdPipe, to increase CS&P efficiencies across projects.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Provide support to Senior Manager with remaining, 2024 HGV and Marquee initiatives

You have these minimum qualifications:


  • One (1) year of work experience in Marketing or Advertising
  • Project management skills in a corporate environment
  • Work a hybrid office schedule out of McLean, VA
  • Travel up to 5% of time
  • Knowledge of the broader travel industry, hospitality and culture, and marketing capabilities trends, specifically how web, email, and social channels create influence

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience gathering insights to support strategic briefs.
  • Basic Photoshop skills to support email creative review and submission
  • Strong curiosity about consumer behavior and driving increased engagement
  • Strong creative skills and marketing knowledge, consistently aiming above the bar of expectations
