Ultimate Staffing is searching for an onsite receptions with experience working in a Medical Office. This position will cover three locations Bloomfield, Glastonbury and Hartford. The hours are 7:30-4:30 Temp to Hire position.What's in it for you?

What's needed for this role?
Answer inbound telephone calls
Communication Skills
Check patients in or out at the front desk
Keep accurate records and patient confidentiality
Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Ability to answer phones and greet customers
Reliable transportation and ability to get to both Glastonbury (3days), Bloomfield (1 day) and Hartford (1day)
Organizational skills and can multitask
