Flexion Inc. a Madison, WI based IT Consulting and Services firm is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to work on a consulting project. The client for this position is based in Madison, WI.
Duties for this position will include:
Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating candidates while striving to bring in the best people to fill company needs. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this position will work with an established team to source and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates to fill specific staffing needs.
Required Skills:
5+ years of Full Cycle recruiting experience
Ability to source and attract a diverse pool of candidates utilizing recruiting tools such as LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong communication skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal
Strong organization and prioritization skills
Ability to perform well in a metric-driven recruiting environment
