RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA Task Force Team Lead in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities:

• Firefighting Leadership: Lead rapid response teams to troubleshoot and resolve critical incidents in SAP S/4HANA during the implementation and post-go-live phase


• Task Force Coordination: Organize and lead cross-functional task forces to address complex system challenges, integrating functional and technical expertise to solve problems quickly and effectively


• Issue Resolution: Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to swiftly resolve issues related to system integration, data migration, and performance


• Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough root cause analysis for critical system failures, ensuring corrective actions are implemented to prevent future occurrences


• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks or bottlenecks in the system and engage appropriate teams to mitigate issues before they impact the business


• Escalation Management: Serve as the main point of contact for high-severity incidents and manage escalation processes to ensure timely resolution


• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on issue status, risks, and resolution plans, ensuring transparency and alignment across all stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:

• 15+ years of experience in SAP project management, with at least 5 years specifically in SAP S/4HANA implementations (ideally Greenfield projects)


• Hands-on experience with SAP Basis, infrastructure management, and Private Cloud environments preferred


• In-depth understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, modules, and integration points, with experience in troubleshooting complex system issues


• Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology


• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments to resolve critical technical and functional challenges


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to perform root cause analysis and develop long-term solutions


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP S/4HANA certification


• Experience with integration of third-party tools and applications (e.g., SuccessFactors, Oracle EPM, Coupa)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
