Previous employee-
their background was in event operations, but they also had a previous role within data analytics for the US Army. So, the combination of event operations and data analytics and that kind of little analytical component.

Ideal candidates -
3-5 years in event and program management
event execution for this particular contract, in this time frame, will probably be about 70% it'll be helping with executing like the design of the feature. And like what is needed to actually bring it to the event live.
Partner with cross-functional teams to execute new technology innovations and process improvement for Strategic Events.
Manage updates to our attendee portal on the website for World Tours.
Assist with the execution of overall survey distribution to fuel high response rates.
Partner with operations to optimize the mobile application for World Tours.
Facilitate internal and external enablement of event technology innovations to ensure adoption and success of enhancement.
Provide summaries of success based on outlined performance metrics.
Required Qualifications:
Have 3+ years of experience in events management, marketing, event technology, project management or other related fields.
Data-driven mindset and ability to story tell with analytics.
Deep curiosity for how things work.
Deep interest in technology's ability to improve the attendee experience.
Ability to aggressively prioritize work in a fast-paced work stream
Strategize new ways for our teams to operate efficiently - not being afraid to try new things and suggest new approaches
Exceptional project and time management skills - highly organized, detail focused, results-driven, and accountable.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a solid ability to deal professionally with senior executives, vendors, and team members at all levels of the organization.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic understanding and interest in event technology architecture through multiple channels - website, onsite and mobile channels.
Familiarity with virtual events
Deck-building and copywriting
