JOB DESCRIPTION



Newmark is seeking a part time Broker Intern at our office in Milwaukee. Ideal candidates will have an interest in commercial real estate and be able to stay with us and grow with our organization for a year or more. This is not a semester-only or summer-only internship. Responsibilities include collecting data and updating databases, compiling market data and trends, cataloging tenants, assisting in the preparation of proposals, marketing materials, client reports and other marketing materials, photographing properties, accompanying brokers on site tours, assisting transaction support coordinators and more. This is a paid internship. RESPONSIBILITIES

• High School Diploma
