We’re presenting an exciting opportunity for Space Planner and Designer in Milwaukee, WI. The right individual will be involved in the front end of space planning and design for large and small clients, including preparation of space plans, layouts, and quotations, specification of products and the opportunity to be a key member supporting a high-performance sales team.

Here’s a General Overview of What You’ll be Doing:

• Work with the sales team to provide floor plan and furniture layout
• Create drawings - 2D, 3D and renderings using CET
• Generate bill of materials - SPEC
• Utilize discount structures, to provide quotes and drawings as needed
• Assist outside reps with product selections
• Create presentations for sales/clients
• Update documentation as needed
• Keep up to date on current trends in the design industry/building codes
• Attend monthly product training
• Continuing education on CET/SPEC/NOTIFY, AutoCAD, Salesforce

What We’re Looking For:

• Associates degree in Design or related field
• Experience with multiple space planning and design/3D software (ex. AutoCAD)
• Experience drafting
• Knowledge of building and ADA Codes
• Experience AutoCAD, and Microsoft Suite
• Design knowledge, product specification, and space planning
• Working knowledge of Salesforce
• Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem solving

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• CET/Spec/Notify, AutoCAD Experience
• Furniture experience
