Ardurra is seeking a Financial Systems Administrator to join our financial team!


Position Overview:


The Financial Systems Administrator is responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing the company's financial systems, ensuring their effectiveness in supporting financial operations. This role involves maintaining the ERP system, troubleshooting issues, providing user support, and implementing system upgrades and enhancements. The Financial Systems Administrator will work closely with finance teams and other stakeholders to ensure the systems meet organizational needs and drive efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:




  • System Administration: Manage and maintain the company’s financial systems, including the ERP (e.g., Deltek), ensuring optimal performance and availability.


  • User Support: Provide technical support and training to end-users, addressing queries and resolving system-related issues promptly.


  • Data Management: Oversee data integrity and accuracy across financial systems, ensuring proper data flow and consistency.


  • System Enhancements: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system enhancement opportunities and assist in the implementation of new features and tools.


  • Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve system issues, working with technical teams as necessary to ensure minimal disruption to financial operations.


  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for system processes, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures to support end-users effectively.


  • Collaboration: Work closely with finance, accounting, and IT teams to support financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.


  • Training: Conduct training sessions for users on new system features, tools, and best practices.


  • Reporting: Develop and generate financial reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance.


Experience and Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in financial systems administration, preferably with ERP systems like Deltek.

  • Strong understanding of financial processes, including accounting and budgeting.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various levels of the organization.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with SQL and database management.

  • Familiarity with financial reporting tools and methodologies.

  • Knowledge of Project and Corporate Accounting processes in a professional services environment.
