Provide operational, Quality, and ESH&S support for the facility. Coordinates incoming work with the customer and shop personnel. Develop & maintain the master production schedule to achieve on-time deliveries & customer satisfaction. Help handle customs and border work for shipments in and out of the USA.
Responsibilities
Studies work orders, packing lists, invoices, orders, and other records to determine shipping priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules.
Issues quotes to customers.
Inspects loading operations to ensure compliance with shipping specifications.
Coordinates with Admin to make sure everything is issued in the system.
Complete work orders
Assist with shipping and receiving administrative duties, as necessary.
Qualifications
Education:
High School diploma
Experience:
2-3 years minimum experience in equipment repair industry
PC Proficiency
ESH & ISO process experience.
Supervisory experience required
Other Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
Effective communications skills with internal & external customers
Knowledge of Organization policies, procedures, and programs
PC Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, AS400, GroupWise
