Job Description


To manage Portfolio Execution Office (PEO) group. Responsibility includes Portfolio planning, demand intake, prioritization, change management, portfolio demand backlog and delivery views.






Essential Functions



  • Portfolio planning - approach for managing portfolio, including processes for prioritization, fulfilment, and performance measurement.

  • Project selection & prioritization - based on strategic value, resource availability and risk.

  • Change management - manage changes within the portfolio, ensuring any changes are assessed for their impact on overall portfolio.

  • Communication & reporting - communicate portfolio status, risks, and other issues to senior leadership and stakeholders.

  • Stakeholder engagement - engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure their needs and expectations are met.

  • Performance monitoring - track and report on the performance of the portfolio, using metrics and KPIs to measure progress towards goals.

  • Training & mentoring - provide guidance, support and training to project and program managers to remove obstacle and ensure smooth progress.






Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities


Knowledge of program and portfolio management. Extensive experience with AGILE methodologies and tools.

Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP)


Program Management Professional (PgMP)


Project Management Professional (PMP)


Agile certifications






Domicile Information:  This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.  






Minimum Education


Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in computer science, math or directly related quantitative degree or related field.






Minimum Experience


Five (5) years systems development experience which includes programming. Skill in one or more programming languages. If position is in mainframe environment, complex systems experience on IBM operating systems or microprocessors required. Experience in the technical design and development of major data processing projects. IMS experience. If position is in client/server environment, systems development experience to include distributed systems is required. Experience in client/server technology, object oriented (OO) development or case tools. Experience in the technical design and development of major client/server projects.



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities


Knowledge of software and engineering principles. Strong basic management, human relations, and communication skills.

Pay Transparency:
This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.



Pay: $9,719.96 - $13,121.94 (Monthly)
