Nice to have skills: Ciena, Cisco, or Juniper certification

Location: REMOTE (any time zone)

Ideal Candidate:

• Network Engineer for Business Voice Edge
• Must know the basics of Network Engineering - if they have a Cisco, Juniper, or Ciena certification they should be a good fit
• Will be responsible for taking inbound calls from technicians/customers, provisioning telecom equipment (phones, modems, voice products, etc.), and troubleshooting
• 3-4 weeks of training on internal tools
• 10:30AM-7PM EST Monday-Friday
• Workload is 3-10 phone calls a day regarding hardware installation
