Your Role: Manufacturing Operator

As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be an essential part of our production team, focused on ensuring the efficient and high-quality manufacturing of products. In this role, you will be responsible for executing manufacturing processes, maintaining compliance, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manufacturing Execution: Skillfully execute the manufacturing of products in alignment with production requirements, ensuring accurate and precise handling throughout the process. You will be responsible for filling and packaging products based on established production schedules, maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.




• Facility and Equipment Cleaning: Conduct routine cleaning tasks for production facilities and equipment to uphold hygiene and safety standards. You will also perform non-routine cleaning activities as needed, including the proper disposal of waste and scrap materials, to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.




• Batch Record Management: Complete all required paperwork for batch records promptly and accurately. This includes verifying and recording relevant data for quality assurance, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining documentation that reflects the integrity of the production process.




• Compliance Monitoring: Perform daily compliance checks to support in-process testing, monitoring production activities closely. You will need to report any deviations from compliance standards immediately, ensuring that production adheres to regulatory requirements and safety protocols.




• Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Operate production equipment efficiently during the manufacturing process, ensuring that all machinery functions properly. You will be responsible for identifying and reporting any equipment issues and assisting with routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal production functionality.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Education: High School Diploma / GED with equivalent level of experience




• Required Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production role.




• Top 2 skills: Strong attention to detail and technical proficiency in operating production equipment.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment




• Familiarity with quality assurance processes and documentation




• Knowledge of safety protocols and equipment maintenance




• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment




• Previous experience in continuous improvement initiatives
