We are hiring a PRN Staffing Coordinator. The positions is responsible for development of work schedules for nursing services and other positions. Responsible for maintaining attendance records, generating reports related to staffing and monitoring Paycom. May provide direct and indirect patient care under the direction of a registered nurse. Participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities.

• Develops and maintains nursing and other staff schedules


• Coordinates staffing on a projected and on a shift by shift basis.


• Schedules nursing personnel to cover vacation and sick time. Arranges for replacement staffing on a daily basis


• Makes changes in Paycom to reflect accurate staffing


• Monitors attendance and tardies and sends notices to staff members, copying directors, who are not within established guidelines


• Demonstrates the ability to professionally interact with administrative personnel at all levels and from all departments. Updates administrators of staffing concerns as needed

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in a behavioral health setting


• High school diploma or GED


• CPR/First Aid Trainer Certification, Aggression Management Trainer Certification , Trauma Informed Trainer Certification


• Ability to effectively communicate in English; both verbally and in writing


• Basic computer knowledge


• Excellent interpersonal skills
