Job Description:

Essential Functions
Assists the Accounting department with administrative tasks using computers and office equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities
Manages scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior staff and employees and coordinates logistics for meetings, including room setup and catering Creates and prepares letters, reports, presentations, and confidential documents Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations Acts as the point of contact for employees and clients by answering phone calls and emails and directs themto the appropriate personnel Prepare and maintain communication such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical Inputs data for logging transactions, andentering AP transactions in ERP system Manages office supplies by maintaining inventory of supplies, placing orders, and coordinating deliveries Assists with managing contracts by gathering quotes and documents and obtaining signatures Handle mail, file paperwork, scan documents, and occasionally cover the receptionist area when required. Other duties as assigned.
