Academic Req: Required - Bachelor's in computer science or equivalent experience



Work Experience: Required - Minimum of 1 year of computer service or related experience



Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables:



1. Ensure data integrity and security through LMS system administration including the management of user accounts, roles, and permissions, ensuring accurate setup and maintaining less than 1% error rate in permissions and roles.
2. Assist and support with contracts and service level agreements with LMS providers and vendor on monthly basis.
3. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, FAQs, troubleshooting guides and any request from organization.
4. Management of content and ownership of the delivery strategy, ensuring documentation is maintained to properly address learning assignment setup.


Curriculum Management:


  • Organize/track master data loads, as well as historical course


  • Organize and manage digital content libraries


  • Create/keep a schedule of what is in use, etc., and create/manage auditing timeline


  • Update curricula in partnership with SMEs and content developers


  • Manage and own curriculum matrices, and update accordingly in partnership with clients and stakeholders


5. Provide timely technical support, escalating any issues directly to supervisor that require immediate attention and/or support and responding to all help desk tickets within 8-12 hours and resolving 90% of issues within 24-48 hours.
Issue Tracking:


  • Manage tickets/issues with learning system (external - with Vendor)


  • Manage internal user tickets with Help Desk


  • Provide end-user troubleshooting and issue remediation with strong customer service skills





Other Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day operations of the LMS, including user management, technical support, content management, and system optimization.
2. Enroll users, track progress, and generate reports on learner performance.
2. Provide technical support to instructors and students using the LMS.
3. Develop and deliver at least 2 user training sessions quarterly, achieving a 90% satisfaction rate in feedback surveys.
4. Conduct quarterly audits of course content and LMS functionality, addressing and resolving 100% of identified compliance issues within 30 days.
5. Coordinate the integration of third-party tools and software with the LMS.
6. Ensure seamless functionality and troubleshoot integration issues.
7. Utilize LMS analytics tools to track and report on learning trends and outcomes.
8. Assist with generating reports and building dashboards for clients
9. Work collaboratively with co-workers, stakeholders, vendors, or in a team environment.
10. Stay updated with the latest LMS trends and technologies Assist in user acceptance script writing, testing, and review



Requirements:

1. Familiarity with utilizing multiple software and products ex: adobe creative suites ex: Cornerstone Learning, Office 365, photoshop, lightroom, premiere pro, and frame.io.
2. Excellent computer skills, specifically Google, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and HR/LMS Technology such as Workday, Cornerstone LMS.
3. Ability to plan, prioritize and carry out multiple, complex, highly collaborative projects, ensuring goals are clear, team and stakeholders are informed, and delivery timelines are met.
4. Excellent virtual and in-person communication and time-management skills
5. Experienced in solving complex problems, managing time, deadlines, priorities, and workflows and multiple projects.
6. Teamwork capabilities with a focus on collaboration.
7. Experience with data analysis, interpreting metrics, and report development.
8. Customer service skills, ability to display strong written and verbal communication skills.
