Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join their team. This is a 100% remote position, operating within Hawaii Standard Time. The successful candidate will be open to contract-to-hire arrangements and must be able to complete our Candidate Identity Verification process.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be working on a variety of projects, primarily supporting our client's Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) within the Enterprise Datawarehouse and Analytics group. You will be handling large healthcare datasets, translating business requirements into system designs for complex health data solutions. You will also contribute to data usage and governance, information management, privacy and security, SOA, data analytics and visualization, and information modeling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your data engineering experience with a focus on Data Warehousing
- Create pipelines in Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Develop ETL using Informatica PowerCenter, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or similar tools
- Work with Relational Databases, such as Oracle, Snowflake, SQL Server, etc.
- Create stored procedures with Oracle PL/SQL, SQL Server T-SQL, or Snowflake SQL
- Process structured and unstructured data, including files in HL7 and FHIR formats
- Analyze project requirements and develop detailed specifications for ETL requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of Data engineering experience with a focus on Data Warehousing
- 2+ years of experience creating pipelines in Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- 5+ years developing ETL using Informatica PowerCenter, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or similar tools
- Experience with GitHub, SVN, or similar source control systems
- Experience with batch or PowerShell scripting and Python scripting
- Data modeling experience in a data warehouse environment
- Familiarity with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services
- Experience designing and building APIs in Snowflake and ADF
- Experience with State Medicaid / Medicare / Healthcare applications
- Azure certifications related to data engineering or data analytics
