WHAT YOU'LL DO  


ATI is hiring for a part-time Order & Billing Specialist who is an individual with a strong ability to learn quickly. Effectively address client queries with timeliness and accuracy. Also bringing order management and customer service skills. 


WHERE YOU’LL WORK  


This position will work remote within the United States.  


HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME 



  • Daily/weekly/monthly tasks and float to special projects, helping with Service, Billing and Post Grad 

  • Manage monthly client headcount outreach and consult on future automation 

  • Cultivate internal relationships with the sales organization. 

  • Responds to Customer inquiries/information needs, and provides positive, courteous service to Customer/Sales Personnel. 

  • Answers questions regarding products, pricing, and proof of delivery. 

  • Communicates pertinent customer concerns or issues to Sales Personnel. 

  • Maintains client information in D365, our Customer Relationship Management tool. 

  • Works with our Enterprise Apps team to design and test both user interface and user experience (UX/UI) for new products and processes including Mergers and Acquisitions. 

  • Understand ATI product bundling, standalone sale, and product updates/retirements to manage and respond to escalated internal, client, and partner inquiries professionally and accurately; include case resolution with supporting documentation and details within established service levels   










                  WHAT YOU'LL NEED 



                  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. High school education or equivalent required. 

                  • 2-3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales support. 

                  • Experience using D365 CRM, Great Plains, Tableau and Microsoft office proficiency preferred 

                  • Self-motivated, critical thinker with prior experience collaborating across teams 

                  • Collaborative participation in identifying and suggesting possible resolution in system gaps and processes to better streamline efficient workflow 

                  • Participate in companywide initiatives to provide OBS perspective and historical knowledge 

                  • Proven organizational skills and time management skills  

                  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to clients 

                  • Strong customer service   

                  • Ability to work with little supervision and the ability to take initiative
