What You Bring to Cambia:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, healthcare policy, healthcare economics, public health, business administration); advanced degree preferred.
At least five years' experience in population, medical, behavioral health and/or pharmacy program and strategy development through management consulting, healthcare investment, or an in-house strategy team.
Skills and Attributes:
Strong familiarity with healthcare industry and clinical spend trends.
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in quantitative and qualitative program and population evaluation analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior-level audiences.
Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders.
What You Will Do at Cambia:
Analyze key clinical quality and spend trends, identifying population health and clinical program opportunities. Identify population health analysis trends and key insights to guide focused program evaluation and strategy development. Complete focused data analyses to generate clinical and business insights impacting Cambia; this may include preparing market overviews, benchmarking competitors, assessing industry developments.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise to facilitate clinical program and strategy development, as well as address health equity disparities. Execute analytics frameworks to assess clinical market trends, line of business implications, and financial projections relevant for developing and evaluating clinical program and strategy options. Conduct secondary research on a range of key clinical topics and distill relevant findings for clinical strategy development and initiative prioritization.
Support clinical program and strategy solution design and performance KPIs to ensure initiatives can deliver on the expected outcomes. Generate hypotheses on key strategic issues and partner in creating work plans to evaluate. Support annual evaluation of existing clinical and population health improvement programs for clinical program and strategy alignment and value contribution, including assessment of partner capacity and impact. Evaluate potential new business opportunities and partners through competitive analysis, opportunity sizing, impact analysis, and assessment of strategic alignment and prioritization. Proactively support initiative leaders in surfacing and addressing operational challenges quickly and thoughtfully.
Support evaluation of existing clinical programs in the context of Cambia's clinical strategy to assess value contribution to health, health equity, and healthcare affordability.
Develop and communicate key messages and conclusions to executive sponsors, project sponsors and stakeholders.
Support Cambia's overall corporate strategy and innovation planning efforts to share clinical program and strategy implications with focus on long term growth for the enterprise.
Partner with business leaders and Quality staff to assure Cambia's clinical program and strategy planning, assessment and impact evaluation processes satisfy NCQA population health requirements.

The expected hiring range for a Clinical Program Consultant Sr is $99,500 - $134,600 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; performance history; and work location. The bonus target for this position is 15%. The current full salary range for this role is $93,000 - $153,000.
