Ledgent is partnering with a distribution company in the Bloomington area, looking for a high volume AP Specialist to join the team. This is a temp-to-hire position that pays $25-$30/hr (D.O.E.).
Job Duties/Description:
Process accounts payable transactions
Reconciliation of vendor statements
Processing of credit rebills
Other accounting related activities, tasks, and ad-hoc projects as needed
Assist with new account setup
Enter and process payments for all vendors
Work with other departments regarding Accounting issues and projects
Requirements:
High school diploma required; Associates degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
2-3 years Accounts Payable process experience
Good communication skills and problem-solving experience
Ability to follow and enforce written processes and procedures
Multi-tasking and time management skills
