What You'll Do:



  • Install Residential integrated systems including fire alarm, card access, CCTV, networking, and burglar alarm.

  • Actively participate in company initiatives such as securing referrals and upselling.

  • Provide exceptional customer service.

  • Provide positive reinforcement of programs and initiatives to peers.

  • As new products/solutions are introduced, serve as mentor to junior technicians and share learned technical information to improve individual and branch capabilities.


What You'll Need:



  • HS diploma or equivalent.

  • 5-Years: Field experience or equivalent technical service education or certification.

  • Minimum of 2 -Years of fire detection and signaling systems experience.

  • Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving history.

  • The skills to decipher/design integrated systems in conjunction with local jurisdiction requirements.

  • Possess strong technical aptitude.

  • Ability to engage others through active listening.

  • Proficient in company skills and best practices such as safety, use of equipment, etc.

  • Ability to demonstrate proficient understanding of the software and programming for the primary manufacturers used by your home branch.

    • This includes Residential security, fire alarm systems, testing proper communication with the Central Station, Analog and IP video systems including NVR set-up, software service and VMS programming.



  • Also, access control systems including software service, system programming and user credential programming.
