As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering questions, handling requests and processing orders within or outside of our normal business hours while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. This position is critical to provide support to our customers during off-hours and respond promptly to their requests.



Primary Responsibilities



  • Answer telephone calls from customers and dealers received through our call center system within agreed upon guidelines

  • Utilize computer software applications (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint) to prepare documents, spreadsheets and presentations

  • Process customer orders within the designated time frame

  • Assist with data entry into various databases throughout the day

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge

  • Provide information regarding stock levels and lead times on products to both internal and external customers

  • Work closely with the Order Entry department on resolving any order related issues

  • Follow up on any customer complaints and coordinate return goods authorizations

  • Review sales representatives' expense reports

  • Perform other duties as assigned






Qualifications



  • High School Diploma/GED required - Associate's degree preferred; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, CRM (SalesForce OR WorkDay) and SAP/JDE experience required

  • 3 - 5 years of customer service experience in a call center environment preferably in the Healthcare or Medical Device industry.

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and resolve routine problems

  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy

  • Experience working in a team environment

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize optimally

  • Strong organizational skills


  • Hybrid role - 2 days in the office (Tuesday and Wednesday) based out of San Antonio, TX, Covington, GA OR Tempe, AZ
