During your experience, as our HR Intern, you will be exposed to a variety of projects and initiatives that will help build your skills in project management, communication, recruiting, employee onboarding and other HR practices. Below is a sample of the work you will accomplish.
Learning Intake Project - Manage project to improve the training intake requests from leaders.
Employee File Audit - Audit employee files to ensure all employee records are housed and retained at HQ.
Recruiting - Assist with college recruiting events and other recruiting-related activities.
Onboarding - Will help refine current BMD-specific onboarding processes for new hires and interns.
