Bring your brand management and integrated marketing/marketing communications talents to this unique role. In this position, you'll oversee the Symplicity brand, ensuring consistency in strategy, messaging, creative, and execution across the work being done by various marketing verticals (including downstream, market development, and consumer groups).

In addition, you'll have the opportunity to construct and implement strategic integrated marketing plans that create audience alignment, increase adoption, and deliver on critical business goals. Among other campaigns, you'll partner on initiatives that span consumer and HCP audiences - e.g. co-marketing, clinical trial recruiting, hypertension care platform - and will partner with our corporate team in significant campaigns driven by top leadership.

In this role, you'll leverage your team building, collaboration, influence, and communication skills daily; and you'll put your creativity and passion to use within a team that strives to think differently to solve problems, make progress, deliver meaningful innovations, and gain momentum in the treatment of hypertension.
Specifically, this role will manage integrated marketing programs that bring various marketing verticals, functional groups, and corporate initiatives together ensuring consistency in strategy, approach and messaging. This role will also trailblaze initiatives targeting new audiences.
A day in the life:
You will:
• \tManage the product and procedure brand by helping create alignment across various workstreams.
• \tDevelop and execute strategic marketing communications plans designed to accelerate the adoption journey among key stakeholders and create competitive differentiation and barriers to entry.
• \tPartner daily with a strong and enthusiastic marketing team to advance business objectives and ensure alignment and harmony across initiatives, functions, and verticals.
• \tUse your channel knowledge and experience to evolve and expand robust GTM strategies.
• \tUse your analytic skills to measure and assess the efficiency and effectiveness of your initiatives; and use those insights to optimize campaigns by adjusting the marketing mix, the message, and the channel approach.
• \tExercise your interpersonal skills to build business relationships with a distributed workforce, engaging and working daily with team members across the country.
• \tHave challenging assignments, the opportunity to grow your skillset, and a lack of dull moments.
• \tMake a difference.

Must Have

A Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience with program management, brand management and integrated marketing or a minimum of 8 years of program management, brand management and integrated marketing.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$140,800.00 - $211,200.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
