Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to design, implement, analyze, and modify systems for various applications. This role involves defining system objectives, preparing system design specifications, and solving interface problems. The analyst will gather and analyze client business requirements to identify and solve problems, acting as a communication liaison between business and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive automation initiatives within the organization.
Collect and analyze requirements for automation projects.
Understand existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into actionable agile stories for the development team.
Utilize expertise in process modeling and workflow analysis to create efficient and effective automation solutions.
Document requirements to automate processes within SailPoint, a leading identity governance platform.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure alignment of automation solutions with organizational goals and compliance standards.
Communicate technical requirements clearly and effectively to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.

Experience with process modeling and workflow analysis.
